Mobile Screeners

Striker mobile sizing screens utilise high efficiency inclined and horizontal vibrating screen boxes; offering exceptional output capacity and accurate separation for screening in mining, sand, gravel, aggregate, recycling and demolition applications.

Robust tracks and chassis ensure excellent on site positioning and mobility together with operational stability. Variable speed product conveyors can be hydraulically or electrically operated and easily stowed for transport. Striker ’s versatility allows for the customer to decide on the power source, giving them the option of picking the power source they would prefer.

1. FORWARD PRODUCT CONVEYORExtra wide, hydraulically driven variable speed conveyor belt with a generous discharge height which hydraulically folds for traveli
2. SCREEN FEED CONVEYORHydraulically driven feed conveyor with heavy duty belt
3. TWO DECK SCREENBOXHassle free, two bearing, high performance screen box with grease lubricated bearings. Fully bolted construction to relieve stress points and easily changeable screen meshes. Hydraulic screen angle adjustment to enhance screening efficiency.
4. SIDE DISCHARGE CONVEYORHydraulically driven variable speed folding conveyors that stow for transport
5. FEED HOPPERRemote controlled tipping grizzly with 100-150mm (4”-5”) spacing between grizzly bars as standard. Can be fed by loading shovel, excavator or directly from another mobile crushing unit
6. ACCESS WALKWAYSWalkways to access screen box and maintenance points
7. EXTRA HEAVY DUTYWelded robust steel chassis
8. TRACK FRAMEHeavy duty tracks suitable for any environment
9. POWERPACKCATERPILLAR® engine as standard, compliant to industry regulations
10. E-TRACE-trac option available

Striker electric mobile crushing and screening equipment, known as ETRAC is available in three configurations to meet the requirements of clients who share the same pressures to reduce running costs and carbon emissions. Combinations available are;

  • Full Electric
  • Electric/Hydraulic
  • Diesel Electric

Design Concept

The design concept of the new Etrac range emulates the pedigree of Strikers track and portable plant established over the last 20 years. One of the pre-requisites from all our customers was that they wanted the plant to be able to integrate with existing plant on site if required, as well rationalise common parts across all the Striker range of equipment.

Striker’s Etrac range are suited to all forms of mineral and extractive industry applications and range from 100tph to 450tph aggregate plants through to 1500tph mining plants. Integration and control of equipment is central to throughput optimisation. A key feature of the Striker Etrac range and in fact all Striker plant is the ability to ‘plug and play’.

‘Plug and Play’

This means several crushing and screening units can join together and they will all communicate with each other to maximise the plant performance. A great feature in improving client’s production and profits.

First Installation

After a long and comprehensive research and development phase, the first ETrac plant was manufactured and installed at a hard rock quarry in China in 2010 and was closely followed by installations in Malaysia and Australia then, more recently, a 350 tph aggregate and road base plant closer to our home in Western Australia.
